The PAF of CrossFit PAF stands for Patience And Fortitude.

• pa·tience (‘pāSHəns) noun: the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.

• for·ti·tude (‘fôrdəˌt(y)o͞od) noun: strength of mind that enables a person to encounter danger or bear pain or adversity with courage.

At CrossFit PAF we believe these are two qualities that everyone needs to overcome all adversities faced in life,  including the challenges of improving one’s health and fitness.  It is with patience and fortitude that we choose to build ourselves, our business, and our community.


Our mission is to create and nurture a community of people whose focus is bettering their lives through improved health and fitness.


Our gym’s community is comprised of women and men of all ages and walks of life who are interested in bettering their lives by improving their health and fitness.  Our coaches, classes, and programming accommodate everyone from students to retirees, the busy stay-at-home parent to the busy working professional, and the weekend warrior to the competitive athlete.  At CrossFit PAF we believe in Fitness For Everyone.
