for·ti·tude (‘fôrdəˌt(y)o͞od) noun: strength of mind that enables a person to encounter danger or bear pain or adversity with courage.
We believe in Fitness For Everyone, so naturally our community is comprised of women and men of all ages and walks of life: moms and dads, grandparents, high schoolers and college students, working professionals, busy stay-at-home parents, and of course weekend warriors.
