TYPES OF CLASSES
WORKOUT OF THE DAY “WOD”
Group CrossFit classes of up to 10 members with at least one CrossFit Level-1 Trainer
Make up a missed WOD, workout with friends, work on skills/technique and other things you learn during class, or come work on your “GOATs” (things you’re not GOod AT). Open Gym is a great time to put in extra work to achieve the results you want.
COMMUNITY WOD “ComWOD”
Every Saturday morning we open our doors so that non-members can experience PAF and/or CrossFit at no cost. Please email us at email@example.com to let us know you’re coming and how many people will be joining you, as class sizes may need to be limited due to space restrictions. Other exclusions or restrictions may apply, and class schedule and terms are subject to change.
